By installing or using Meditation Tracker ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
The app is a free tool for personal devotional and meditation practice: it counts mantra chanting, keeps your sankalpa and reminders, and shows a Panchang. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Counting and Panchang accuracy
- Voice counting depends on your voice, your phone and the surroundings, and can miss or add a count. You can correct the count at any time with − and + or by tapping it.
- Panchang times and dates are calculated on your phone from the positions of the Sun and Moon for the city you choose. Traditions differ (for example, Smarta and Vaishnava Ekadashi), and published panchangs sometimes disagree. For vows, fasts, muhurta or rituals, please also confirm with your priest, guru or trusted panchang.
- Reminders and alarms depend on your phone's settings and battery management and may occasionally be late or not ring.
3. Mantras and meanings
Mantras, their purpose and meanings are provided in good faith from traditional sources for general guidance. They are not a promise of any particular result.
4. Not medical or professional advice
The app is not a medical, psychological or health service. Nothing in it is medical advice. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
5. Your content
Mantras you add and recordings you make stay on your phone and remain yours. You are responsible for what you add. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on services from others: your phone's speech service when you add a mantra by voice, your phone's text-to-speech voice, and Google Input Tools when you type a mantra in English letters. Those services have their own terms. The app is distributed through Google Play, whose terms also apply.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including a missed count, reminder or date, or loss of data stored on your phone.
10. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

उपयोग की शर्तें
Meditation Tracker ("ऐप") इंस्टॉल या उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। अगर आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ऐप का उपयोग न करें।
1. ऐप क्या है
यह ऐप निजी भक्ति और ध्यान साधना के लिए एक मुफ़्त साधन है: यह मंत्र जप गिनता है, आपका संकल्प और रिमाइंडर रखता है, और पंचांग दिखाता है। आप इसे अपने निजी, गैर-व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
2. गिनती और पंचांग की सटीकता
- आवाज़ से गिनती आपकी आवाज़, फ़ोन और आसपास के माहौल पर निर्भर करती है, और कभी कोई जप छूट या ज़्यादा गिना जा सकता है। आप − और + से या गिनती पर टैप करके उसे कभी भी ठीक कर सकते हैं।
- पंचांग के समय और तिथियाँ आपके चुने शहर के लिए सूर्य और चंद्रमा की स्थिति से फ़ोन पर गिनी जाती हैं। परंपराएँ अलग-अलग होती हैं (जैसे स्मार्त और वैष्णव एकादशी), और प्रकाशित पंचांग भी कभी-कभी अलग होते हैं। व्रत, उपवास, मुहूर्त या अनुष्ठान के लिए कृपया अपने पुरोहित, गुरु या भरोसेमंद पंचांग से भी पुष्टि करें।
- रिमाइंडर और अलार्म आपके फ़ोन की सेटिंग्स और बैटरी प्रबंधन पर निर्भर करते हैं, और कभी-कभी देर से बज सकते हैं या नहीं बज सकते।
3. मंत्र और उनके अर्थ
मंत्र, उनका उद्देश्य और अर्थ पारंपरिक स्रोतों से सद्भावना में सामान्य मार्गदर्शन के लिए दिए गए हैं। ये किसी विशेष परिणाम का वादा नहीं हैं।
4. चिकित्सा या पेशेवर सलाह नहीं
यह ऐप कोई चिकित्सा, मनोवैज्ञानिक या स्वास्थ्य सेवा नहीं है। इसमें कुछ भी चिकित्सा सलाह नहीं है। स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी चिंता हो तो कृपया किसी योग्य विशेषज्ञ से सलाह लें।
5. आपकी सामग्री
आपके जोड़े मंत्र और आपकी रिकॉर्डिंग आपके फ़ोन पर रहती हैं और आपकी ही हैं। आप जो जोड़ते हैं, उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है। डेटा कैसे संभाला जाता है, यह गोपनीयता नीति में देखें।
6. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
कृपया ऐप की नकल, दोबारा बिक्री, बदलाव, रिवर्स-इंजीनियरिंग या पुनर्वितरण न करें, और इसका उपयोग कानून तोड़ने या दूसरों को नुकसान पहुँचाने के लिए न करें।
7. अन्य कंपनियों की सेवाएँ
कुछ सुविधाएँ दूसरों की सेवाओं पर निर्भर हैं: मंत्र बोलकर जोड़ने पर आपके फ़ोन की आवाज़-पहचान सेवा, फ़ोन की टेक्स्ट-टू-स्पीच आवाज़, और अंग्रेज़ी अक्षरों में मंत्र लिखने पर Google Input Tools। इन सेवाओं की अपनी शर्तें हैं। ऐप Google Play के माध्यम से दिया जाता है, जिसकी शर्तें भी लागू होती हैं।
8. कोई वारंटी नहीं
ऐप "जैसा है" और "जैसा उपलब्ध है" के आधार पर, बिना किसी वारंटी के दिया जाता है। हम इसे सही और चालू रखने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं, पर यह गारंटी नहीं देते कि यह हमेशा बिना त्रुटि या हमेशा उपलब्ध रहेगा।
9. दायित्व की सीमा
कानून जहाँ तक अनुमति देता है, ऐप के उपयोग से होने वाले किसी नुकसान के लिए डेवलपर ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है, जिसमें छूटी गिनती, रिमाइंडर या तिथि, या फ़ोन पर सहेजे डेटा का खो जाना शामिल है।
10. बदलाव
हम ऐप और इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऊपर की प्रभावी तिथि नवीनतम संस्करण बताती है। बदलाव के बाद ऐप का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ है कि आप अपडेट की गई शर्तें स्वीकार करते हैं।
11. लागू कानून
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं।
